A huge congratulations to Kate! Kate finished the Mesa Half Marathon in 2:38:07.

Kate comes to our Sunday store runs religiously. She talked about how challenging it has been to get her longer runs done with the winter weather. Training for this race was hard.

We are glad that she finished with a smile! And check out her shirt! We are proud of you, Kate!

Got a gym goer in the family? It may be getting colder outside, but you can still keep moving indoors!

We have plenty of short sleeve and short options in store. These styles are from Rabbit. Both are made of sweat wicking materials.

Get some athletic socks to protect your feet. We are only given two, so let’s take care of them! Athletic socks do not have cotton. Cotton is rotten! Cotton leads to blisters, sores, smelly feet. Get set with a nice pair of athletic socks from Balega, Feetures, Swiftwick and more.

Same with proper socks comes proper footwear. We have some great gym options. Here we feature the HOKA Solimar, On Running Cloudflow, and Saucony Freedom.

The VFW is focused on helping service members and veterans of every generation with support, scholarships and education, and helpful resources.
